2. Consultation / Appointment Bookings

- the booking fee is non-refundable
- missed calls, no-shows, or late arrivals are not eligible for refund
- if rescheduling is allowed for a specific consultation offer, it will be handled at our discretion and subject to availability
- repeated rescheduling, last-minute cancellation, or non-attendance may lead to forfeiture of the session without refund

3. Digital Products & Training Programs
All digital products, online trainings, downloadable resources, recorded content, and access-based educational programs sold through the website are non-refundable.
Because digital products and training materials are delivered instantly or access is granted immediately after purchase, no refund, exchange, or reversal will be provided once the order is placed and/or access has been granted.
